  • Payment & Transaction Details: Credit card details and billing addresses (processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party gateways; we do not store full payment card details directly).

KG and its authorized regional license holders (including GET Nutrition Consulting Inc. in Canada) and their designated staff.

  • Secure Practice Software (Practice Better): Your health records, portal messages, and forms are securely hosted within Practice Better, a fully compliant health records platform meeting HIPAA (US) and PIPEDA/PHIPA (Canada) security standards.

  • Payment Processors: Payment transactions are handled by encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processors (such as Stripe or Square).

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to protect client or public safety.
